Bishop Charles vonRosenberg's address to the convention is available as text and as audio. In addition, two speakers were honored guests. The Rev. Mike Kinman, executive director of Episcopalians for Global Reconciliation, spoke to clergy, delegates and guests about the Millennium Development Goals. His remarks are available in an audio file, and he also has shared his PowerPoint presentation. The second guest was the Rev. Paul Sneve from the Diocese of South Dakota, East Tennessee's companion diocese, who attended on behalf of his bishop, the Rt. Rev. Creighton Robertson. Sneve is the son of a Lakota mother and a Norwegian father, and he spoke about cultural differences. His address may be heard here. |
